Q

I haven't received my item, what should I do?

A

In the unlikely event that your order has not been shipped and it's been more than 4 business days since your order was placed, please contact us!

For orders that have already been shipped, please contact the carrier for additional info.

For orders that have been marked delivered by the carrier but were not received, please contact us.

Q

How do I know which product is best for me?

A

Please ask us, we’d love to help! Our team is ready to answer any questions you might have or offer advice on what might work for you.

Q

Where are your products made?

A

Our products are all proudly made (and designed) in our studio in Brooklyn, NY. We're strong believers of producing locally. Not only does it help reduce our carbon footprint, it also helps support our local economy.

Q

What is hemp fabric?

A

Great Question! Hemp fabric is made out of the stalk of the cannabis plant. We LOVE hemp because it is extremely durable, naturally anti-microbial, UV/weather resistant, and heat regulating. The best part is, it uses the least amount of water and land to grow of any fiber!

Q

What kind of dye do you use?

A

Our garments are dyed with a mixture of rain water, low impact dyes, and medicinal herbs. Inspired by Ayurveda, we believe the skin absorbs whatever it comes into contact with, including the dyes in our clothes. Dying our clothing with a special blend of medicinal roots and herbs allows our clothes to become “healing cloths.”

Our employees never have to handle carcinogenic chemicals and precious water sources are not tarnished by the toxins found in commercial dyes.

Q

What kind of packaging do you use?

A

All of our packaging is 100% biodegradable! Which means the entire package will return back to the Earth once you discard it.

Q

Are your products organic?

A

Yes, all of our clothing is organic!

We are working on getting certified but since we source a lot of our fabrics from small, remote mills it is a difficult process.

Q

Are your products animal friendly?

A

Absolutely no animal testing or harm comes to animals on our watch! We only test products on ourselves and our closest friends and family.

Q

How often are your products restocked?

A

Since we make all of our items meticulously in small batches and with rare fabrics, unfortunately sometimes our supply cannot match the demand. If there is an item you are interested in, we will try our best to restock as soon as possible without compromising workmanship or integrity. Thanks so much for your patience, we appreciate you!

Q

How often do you add new styles?

A

Honestly, not that often! We resent companies that design for the sake of greed. We don’t want you to buy 5 slightly different t-shirts from us, we want you to buy 1 t-shirt that you absolutely love and wear all the time! We take months to design each item, making sure that not only is the fit perfect, it is also a versatile and timeless staple in your closet.

Q

Do you offer wholesale?

A

Unfortunately, we do not offer wholesale at this time. We are focusing on direct-to-consumer sales because it helps reduce unnecessary markup of our products. This allows us to have a closer relationship with our customers while keeping our products affordable.
